Customer Introduction

  The case we are sharing this time is a comprehensive treatment project of welding smoke and dust for a large multinational heavy industry enterprise. The client mainly produces tower cranes and crawler cranes. This client is a highly comprehensive and influential enterprise in the construction machinery industry, as well as a large multinational enterprise and one of the world's largest crane groups.

BACKGROUND
  This project is a comprehensive treatment of smoke and dust during the welding of a large multinational heavy industry enterprise's boom line. All the boom lines are made of carbon steel large steel components, which generate a large amount of smoke and dust during welding and have an unstable welding position.
  Welding method: MAG gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, etc., with the welded workpiece placed on the ground for welding.
  Pollution type: Metal welding smoke and dust.
  Job characteristics: The welding workpiece is large and the welding points are not fixed.

Solution
  Based on years of accumulated application experience and technical accumulation in various industries, Renhe team has customized welding smoke and dust filtration solutions for the foreign-funded heavy industry enterprise based on actual welding stations on site and sufficient communication with customers:
  Distributed welding smoke and dust collection devices are arranged between the columns in the welding workshop. The height of the air outlet is 4 meters, and the height of the suction outlet is 9 meters.
  Two individual equipment are arranged in opposite directions to form a blowing and suction flow, and a local manufacturing drop circulation method is used to purify welding smoke and dust. The functional coverage area of each group of devices shall not be less than 24m * 6m.
  Arrange 70 welding smoke and dust collection devices, each with a processing air volume of 5000m ³/ h. Total 350000m ³/ H;
  According to the actual work situation, a separate set of welding smoke and dust collection devices can be opened on site to maximize energy conservation while ensuring the effectiveness of treatment.
